I thought everything went well and the retainer I received was of great quality. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for is how long it took from start to finish. About 5+ weeks. Other than that everything was great.
Very easy experience and brace fits perfect.
I highly recommend this company. This isn’t the first time I had the pleasure with the company’s outstanding customer service, support and their products they have to offer. Once everything is approved with your impressions do yourself a favor and make a digital copy for their file. It makes it easy to make extras when you need them.

Love this company. I have my retainers on digital file and any time I need a replacement I go on line and place the order. Once the order is placed it arrives within days. I highly recommend this company.

My wife needed replacement retainers, but the orthodontist who made the original wanted to charge her over $500 to take new impressions and make another set. We ordered Clear Retain's kit and she made her own impressions. She had to contact customer service for advice at one point, and they were super helpful. The retainers were delivered quickly, and fit perfectly the first try. We've been very impressed with the quality and the service.

Great service
Getting a retainer has never been easier! From the start, the impressions were really simple to do. the customer service team was great at communicating and letting me know how to fix my impressions so my retainers can be perfect. Once my impressions were approved, they were shipped quickly and i received them in perfect condition. I love that they added the initials too, it’s a nice touch. Overall, i would recommend family and friends to get there retainers here and I will definitely be ordering replacement retainers from here if I ever need another one.
It was a fairly straightforward process. My new retainer is much tighter than my old one, but considering the old one had started to crack, I'm thinking the old one wasn't helping all that much anymore. :-) But I have a new one, and if something happens to this one, I know where to get another one!

Fast shipping and good customer service
Retainer fit a little tight at first but the more you wear it your teeth get used to it. Definitely recommend for the price and the process was smooth. Will order from here again if I need another retainer replacement in the future!
The biggest concern I see online is that people are unsure if they can trust Clear Retain or other online orthodontic retainer manufactures. Personally I'd trust any of them, but I use Clear Retain because, as far as I remember, they have the best price. This is especially true when you "file your smile." I always buy the "basic" retainer option, not the "premium," and I have no issues with the basic, though I only wear mine when I sleep. One time a new retainer I purchased was too tight, so I contacted Clear Retain and they warrantied it by sending a free replacement that was a bit more loose. This was done in a matter of two weeks, if not faster. Overall Clear Retain is a reliable and trustworthy company. I am glad I no longer pay several hundred dollars a piece for retainers.

File Your Smile (A Digital Copy of Your Impressions For Future Replacement Products)
Impression kit has more than enough impressions for you to get it right. So if you mess up once you should it get it by the 2nd or 3rd try. Convenient return box with your impressions. I would've just prefer it would be easier with communication n understanding. Because I was told from my 1st purchase I could reuse the impressions. When I try to do that I was sent a link to repurchase the kit. So now I have a whole lot of play dough n mouth trays that I didn't need in the 1st place. I just needed to reorder from last impressions. Which cause me to take a long time to order since that step was a bit more difficult. But everything was okay n fit perfect.

I was so skeptical at first because my teeth have shifted quite a bit over the years however my retainer came out perfect and it’s very comfortable to wear. Every orthodontist quoted $500 or more for a retainer; I am grateful that clearretain is actually affordable. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know as well as purchasing from them again!

I really enjoyed the help with making my impressions and the communication. This is the best product ever . I have bought retainers from dentist offices in the past for $600 . They always hurt and I can’t wear them . I could wear this night guard all day . It is amazing ! Buy this it will change your life and sleep .

Amazing customer service and was a super easy process. Shipping was fast and the retainers seem to be working so far. They are a little tight at this moment, but I was told that should be normal for a few days. Overall great experience!

Impression kit is a little difficult to do just because of the little time you have to mix and put on your teeth, but other than that it is easy to follow. I’d recommend getting extra molding putty. The retainers themselves are thin and comfortable. They’re much thinner than the ones I got at the dentist. They feel durable and are hardly noticeable when on.
