Disclaimer & Terms and Conditions

1. Order Policy

  • Each purchase must be for one individual only. Orders for more than one person cannot be combined into a single transaction.

2. Product Fit

  • All products should be tried on immediately upon receipt. If you experience any issues with fit or comfort, please contact the ClearRetain team promptly for support.

3. Intended Use

  • ClearRetain products are designed to retain the current position of your teeth.

  • Failure to wear your retainer consistently may result in tooth movement, which could render the appliance ineffective.

4. Wisdom Teeth (Third Molars)

  • Unless specifically requested at the time of purchase, ClearRetain appliances do not include third molars (wisdom teeth).

5. Dental Impressions and Existing Dental Work

  • Taking impressions carries a minimal risk of affecting dental work such as fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, or loose teeth.

  • Customers with existing dental restorations or compromised teeth should consult their dentist before use.

6. Pre-Existing Dental Conditions

  • ClearRetain is not liable for any complications, damage, or worsening of pre-existing dental conditions such as tooth decay, loose restorations, or gum disease that may arise from the use of our products.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their oral health is stable prior to using any ClearRetain device.

7. Bite and TMJ Considerations

  • While most users wear retainers without issue, a small number of individuals may experience bite discomfort or TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) symptoms from any oral appliance.

  • To reduce this risk, we recommend the following wear schedule (unless otherwise directed by your dental provider):

    • First 1–2 weeks post-treatment: Wear one retainer during the day and the other at night.

    • Ongoing wear: Switch to wearing one retainer nightly, alternating between top and bottom.

    • If shifting is noticed, resume day and night wear until your teeth stabilize.

8. Material Safety and Allergic Reactions

  • All ClearRetain products are made from FDA-approved materials used by dental professionals nationwide.

  • Although rare, allergic reactions to dental materials may occur. If you experience any signs of irritation or reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact ClearRetain.

  • ClearRetain is not responsible for unknown or unexpected allergic reactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • By purchasing and using ClearRetain products, the customer acknowledges and accepts that ClearRetain is not liable for any harm, complications, or damage caused by:

    • Pre-existing dental conditions

    • Failure to follow wear instructions

    • Allergic reactions to materials

    • Improper use or handling of the product
